Non Refundable Loan/Part PF Withdrawal can be for the following purpose:-

|
- Housing Loan/Purchase of Site/House/Flat or for Construction/Addition/Alteration
in Existing House/Repayment of Housing Loan (Rule 19A/19B/19BA) – Without Documentation
- Lockout or Closure of Factory (Rule 19I) - Without Documentation
- Illness of Member / Family (Rule 19C) - Without Documentation
- Marriage of Self / Son / Daughter / Sister / Brother (19D) - Without Documentation
- Post Matriculation Education of Children (19D) - Without Documentation
- Natural Calamity (Rule 19E) - Without Documentation
- Cut in Electricity in Establishment (Rule 19F) - Without Documentation
- Purchase of Equipment by Physically handicapped (Rule 19G) - Without Documentation
- One Year before Retirement (Rule 19GG) - Without Documentation
- Investment in Varishtha Pension Bima Yojana (Rule 19IA) - Without Documentation
- Continuous un-employment for one month (Rule 19IB) – Without Documentation

BASIC RULES |
PROVIDENT FUND SETTLEMENT |
An outgoing member can make an application (a) for settlement of his/her provident fund
accumulations and (b) for retaining his/her accumulations with the Fund.

DEATH CLAIM FORM |
Forward the concerned form after execution through your respective unit/branches as per the present practice.

PF SETTLEMENT |
No interest is payable on such
accumulation that may be retained after a period of
36 months from the date it becomes payable. Post 36 months the account becomes inoperative.
